SCHOOL ENTRANCE

I marked the 11+ comprehension entrance exam at St Paul's Girls' School (the leading independent girls' school in London) over four years working there. This gives me an unusually good insight into what is required to gain a place at top independent schools. I have interviewed candidates, set and marked scholarship papers and contributed to selection discussions at a range of schools (including Magdalen College School, Oxford), making me well placed to offer support in school applications.

PUBLIC EXAMS

I have over ten years' experience preparing students for public exams as a teacher at St Paul's Girls' School and Magdalen College School and as a tutor online and face to face. Many tutors out there are often inexperienced students with no detailed knowledge of pedagogy and exam technique. Using my intimate understanding of the requirements of GCSE and A Level, I can help pupils of all abilities improve their grades.

UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE

Throughout my career, I have prepared students for entrance to the top universities in the UK and the USA, with dozens of pupils (in school and private students) successfully gaining places. An in-depth knowledge of the Oxford Physics Aptitude Test, Cambridge Natural Sciences Academic Assessment and interview technique allows me to offer outstanding university preparation lessons.
